Who we are.

Thomas Mullinnix is the founder of Re-Vision Management Consulting, LLC (R-VMC). He has provided internal audit, internal controls, SOX, IT audit, SOC consulting and similar services for over 17 years to companies around the world.

He was unhappy with how the “Big 4” and large consulting firms were managed. High overhead, inexperienced “experts”, inflated rates, and constant sales pressure.

So he designed R-VMC to be different.

• Keep overhead low
• Require at least 8 years of relevant experience for consultants
• Ensure our rates are below the competition

The result?

Our clients get support from actual experts, with no need to train them before they can start doing the actual work. Not only do you get more experienced resources, but you also have lower costs due to the lower hourly rates. So you get better people, for less cost.

Our consultants love working with us because they know their team members can do quality work. Instead of training and doing the work for other team members, now it’s “iron sharpens iron”, and the work quality goes from great to outstanding.

When I’m not running R-VMC or working on IAStream, the internal audit platform for smaller internal audit departments, I can be found volunteering at my church, on walks with my wife, or at my kid’s gymnastics and dance activities.
